How do I proceed through the checkout process?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag cart and we will guide you through the checkout process.

Can you ship your products anywhere?

Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

Online, we accept all major American credit card brands, in addition to Apple Pay, Stripe Pay and JCB.

How do return an item?

Shopify Returns : Include the original packing slip with the items you are returning, secure the package, and ship to the address below.  Please note the reason for return.  Be sure to use a traceable means and record the tracking number.  Culver Eagle Outfitters is not responsible for lost or misdirected items.  Customers are responsible for return postage.

The original shipping charge is nonrefundable.

  • Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: 

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases.
  • ANY/ALL International shipments
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products 
  • Some health and personal care items

How do I exchange an item?

WE DO NOT PROCESS EXCHANGES VIA THE MAIL OR PHONE

However we do have two options for you to choose from for an exchange:

1. If you would like an exchange via the online store, you must mail us back the product using our standard Return Policy stated above. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund. Then (or even beforehand, if desired), you should place a new order for the product you would actually like through the regular online ordering process.

2. Visit the store in person to exchange the item.

How safe is my personal information?

Our site uses a secure protocol with encryption on all personal information sent during the checkout process. For more information on how we secure and use your information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

How long will it take to receive my shipment?

  • Standard (arrives in approximately 4-7 business days)
  • 2nd Business Day (arrives in approximately 2-3 business days)
  • Next Business Day (arrives in approximately 1-2 business days)


Note: 1-2 business days are required to process and pack orders for shipment and are factored into the above estimation. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Please check with your campus store for shipping policies and delivery options.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

The U.S. Postal Service delivers to P.O. Boxes but this method may delay your order. Please note that Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day are not available for this option.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number is provided in all order status email updates for guests and registered customers. For faster checkout and convenient tracking we recommend you create an account

If you place your order as a registered user (logged in) you can also track your order within your Shopify Account:

  1. Click My Account from shopify.com or your bookstore site and login to your account
  2. Click View your Order History
  3. Click your order number
  4. Under Order Details, click on the Tracking number

I need to send my order to an International P.O. Box address. Can you ship it?

We can send orders to International P.O. Box addresses by using USPS.

Will I be charged sales taxes and duties on international sales?

INTERNATIONAL SALES TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER AND ARE PAYABLE ON DELIVERY. 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS will be considered abandoned and ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
