Returns and exchanges are welcomed in person at any of our locations in Culver, subject to all the same conditions articulated below.

If you are mailing your return, Include a copy of the original packing slip or receipt with the items you are returning, secure the package, and ship to the address below.  Please note the reason for return.  Be sure to use a traceable means and record the tracking number.  Culver Eagle Outfitters is not responsible for lost or misdirected items.  Customers are responsible for return postage.

Our policy lasts 30 days.  If the item(s) being returned are not received within 30 days of the date of purchase, the corresponding Return(s) will be not be accepted. 

The original shipping charge is nonrefundable.

  • Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items: 
  • Any/All International shipments
  • Gift cards 
  • Downloadable software products 
  • Some health and personal care items.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
  • Book with obvious signs of use 
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery   



However we do have two options for you to choose from for an exchange:

1. If you would like an exchange via the online store, you must mail us back the product using our standard Return Policy stated above. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund. Then (or even beforehand, if desired), you should place a new order for the product you would actually like through the regular online ordering process.

2. Visit the store in person to exchange the item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7-10 days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet,

  • First check your bank account again. 
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All domestic shipments are shipped USPS or UPS.

Standard Shipping - Usually arrives within 1-3 days (70 lbs or less).

Express Shipping - Usually arrives within 1-2 days. (70lbs or less.)



All international shipments are shipped USPS or UPS International mail and subject to the following terms/conditions:

    • All International sales are FINAL and cannot be returned.
    • Any/All Duties and Taxes are additional and the responsibility of the Purchaser and may be payable on delivery.
    • Packages usually arrive within 5-7 business days, however, this window is subject to clearing customs in the delivery country.    

Standard Int'l Shipping - Usually arrives within 10 business days. Customs clearance will apply.

Express Int'l Shipping - Usually arrives within 5-7 business days. Customs clearance will apply.
